About this package
Three days gives you Ujjain without hurrying and a day beyond it. The first two days are the darshan circuit; the third is the drive to Omkareshwar, about 140 km each way, with the car waiting while you are at the temple.
If you would rather spend the third day on a puja than on the road, say so and we will swap it. The price is the same.

Day one, arrival and the Mahakal side

The car is what moves the price: the same itinerary costs more in a Crysta than a sedan, and less a head in a Tempo Traveller because more of you share it. Every rate below is per person and excludes GST.

We book one of the following, or a property of the same standard, depending on your dates and how many of you there are. The exact hotel is confirmed with you before anything is held.

Paying and cancelling
Payment
- 50% of the package to confirm the booking, and the balance no later than three days before you arrive.
- Bank transfer, UPI or card. Nothing is taken before we have confirmed your dates and your hotel.
Cancellation
- More than 30 days before arrival: 40% of the package is charged.
- 30 to 15 days before: 60%.
- 15 to 7 days before: 80%.
- Under 7 days, and for no-shows or unused services: no refund.
- In peak season a hotel may charge the full amount regardless of notice. We will tell you if your dates fall in one.
- If we cancel, you are refunded in full less GST and the payment gateway’s fee, within ten working days.
Questions people ask
- How far is Omkareshwar from Ujjain?
- About 140 km, which is roughly three hours each way. Leaving before six gets you to the temple by nine and back in Ujjain for the evening.
- Can I swap the Omkareshwar day for a puja?
- Yes. Tell us which puja and we will put it in place of the drive at the same package price; the puja itself is charged separately.
- Is Maheshwar or Mandu included?
- No. Both are further again and need their own day. Ask us and we will quote a four-day plan instead.
- What is the longest day?
- Day three. It is an early start and about six hours in the car in total, so it suits people who do not mind a long drive.
Prices are per person, depend on the car you choose, and exclude GST. The lowest rate on this page is ₹5,650 a person in a Tempo Traveller. Rates, hotels and cars are confirmed with you in writing before anything is held. Darshan and aarti timings are set by the temples, not by us, and entry to the Bhasma Aarti is limited and never guaranteed.
