- Subject to the room being free. For a pre-dawn Bhasma Aarti, ask us to book the night before instead — it is the only way to be certain.
- Cancellation
- Free up to 48 hours before check-in on ordinary dates. Festival dates, Shravan Mondays and Mahashivratri are quoted with their own terms, which we state in writing before anything is held.
- ID at check-in
- One government photo ID for every adult guest at check-in. Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. A PAN card is not accepted as ID.
- Children
- Children under 5 stay free in the existing bedding. Ages 5 to 12 are charged for an extra bed where one is needed.
- Paying
- Nothing is taken on this site. We confirm the room and the rate with you on WhatsApp, and you pay the hotel at check-in unless the date needs an advance, in which case we say so first.
